I just realized today that I hadn’t updated our website “Testimonials Page” since mid 2009. What a disgrace, anyone viewing the page might think we had dropped dramatically in quality at that time, as we suddenly stopped getting compliments on our wedding work and daily designs! Zut Alors!
I immediately set about searching our email inbox for “thank you” and was blown away. In just February alone we received over 10 compliments from individual customers thanking us for a recent order or continued good service. It’s truly humbling to realize that your business has touched so many people in a positive way, we sincerely appreciate all of the kindness our customers have shown to our shop and its designers.
We’ve updated our page on the website, removing personal details from the senders of course. Unfortunately, some savvy web users don’t trust websites hand-picked selection of testimonials. We only have a few user pieces of user-generated feedback on Google and Yellow Pages, and hopefully we can change that this spring.
Brown’s Flowers is holding a Raffle ending Friday May 31st: Post a review of Brown’s Flower Shop’s products or services at one of the following websites and your name is entered into a draw for one of three 50$ Gift Certificates* that are good for any local products or local deliveries carried out by our shop. Use the review website of your choice, honesty is important so please mention any negative or positive traits you like, and once the review is live on the site you will be entered into our draw for the Gift Certificates.

Crafting a Review:
Please be honest, you don’t need to write an advertisement for Brown’s Flowers. Describe an experience you had with Brown’s Customer Service, an arrangement you received or sent, a special request that we either met or failed at. Negative reviews are also entered into the draw, although we may try to contact you afterwards to see if anything can be done at this point. ; )

*No purchase necessary to be entered in draw. Gift Card draw entries will be tallied by Brown’s Flower Shop staff, and customers will be contacted through the appropriate website account used to post the review. Gift cards are transferrable, but only good for 50$ worth of product including taxes and any delivery charges required, extra costs for products exceeding 50$ must be paid by customer.
